1. What this website does
The website presents product information and lets business customers submit a non-binding project request. Any prices, unit prices or totals shown are indicative estimates and always exclude VAT.
Submitting a request does not create an order and does not oblige either party to proceed.
2. How a contract is formed
A contract is formed only through a separate confirmed quotation or written order acceptance issued by us.
Production begins only after you approve the final digital proof and confirmed price. Delivery dates and any other commercial conditions are confirmed separately in that quotation.
3. Artwork and rights
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights, licences and permissions for any logo, artwork or image you upload, and that its use in the requested branded product does not infringe third-party rights.
Uploaded artwork is used only to prepare your digital proof, quotation and, if you accept the quotation, the production run. It is stored in a private, access-controlled location and is not published.
4. Product accuracy
Model colours and finishes may appear differently on screens depending on device and lighting. Final specifications, colours and print positions are defined in the approved digital proof and the accepted quotation.
5. Precedence
In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and an individual signed quotation or order acceptance, the terms of that individual quotation or order acceptance take precedence.
